Stress Release for Nurses

ENROLL HERE

Stress Release for Nurses is a comprehensive, evidence-based continuing education (CE) course designed to address one of the most significant challenges facing nurses today: chronic stress and burnout.

Rather than offering general wellness education, this program trains you to regulate your stress response, recover more effectively between work periods, and reduce unnecessary physiological and emotional strain over time. You learn to master techniques to sleep better, decrease anxiety, think more clearly, lower blood pressure, increase energy, feel better in all stressful environments and strengthen overall resilience.

The course provides 15 contact hours of CE while delivering practical skills you can apply immediately in high-pressure clinical, administrative and education environments.
