Position Description

RN positions available in beautiful southwest Montana. State of the art 16 bed CAH. Full time night-shift position; working 6 pm to 6 am

Deer Lodge Medical Center is seeking motivated RNs to join our patient care team.

We are a 16 bed critical access hospital offering a wide range of clinical opportunities including acute medical/surgical, preoperative and PACU, emergency care, as well as post-acute Transitional Care. DLMC's high quality Transitional Care program provides a post-acute care option for complex rural patients and is supported with processes and education by Allevant Solutions, a joint venture of Mayo Clinic and Select Medical.

The care model at Deer Lodge Medical Center is highly collaborative; supported by team-centric processes like bedside team rounds with the patient and family. Whether providing care for emergency, acute, or post-acute patients, nursing staff at Deer Lodge Medical Center work closely with physician, rehab therapy, respiratory therapy, dietary, pharmacy, and others to truly meet the needs of every patient. The ideal candidate has a BSN and 3 years of acute care experience, possesses excellent critical thinking skills, consistently displays approachable interpersonal behaviors, and enjoys a varied, engaging work environment. We also have positions available for the new graduate RN looking for a professional practice opportunity in a supportive environment and with a clinical preceptorship program.
