Bylaw Updates
A committee consisting of several past-presidents, retired members and the current president was directed by the SNOI board to conduct a review of our Bylaws and make suggestions for changes. The current Bylaws can be accessed by any member on our website: SNOI Bylaws & Meeting Minutes
A document showing side-by-side comparison of current vs. updates is attached.
A document showing the complete proposed Bylaws in full format is attached.
Per Article X, Section 1A, these Bylaws can only be amended during a member meeting. Those in attendance at the meeting will have an opportunity to vote on the proposed changes to the Bylaws. Please take advantage of the links to review prior to the meeting. Questions may be directed to terri.lindemann@boiseschools.org
