SNOI Scholarship Deadline Moved to May 28

SNOI Memebers: We are moving the SNOI Scholarship deadline up to midnight Sunday, May 28th. With the hotel block pricing only being guaranteed through the 31st, we want to make sure those who are counting on the funding to be ble to attend conference have time to reserve their hotel rooms at the discounted rate.
